Our Principals

		RAY F. PASCHAL President As president of Permiano Buildes, Ray provides experienced, hands-on management for each and every project, working closely with the owners, architects, designers and subcontractors. He has worked as a General Contractor in Denver and the Roaring Fork Valley for 20 years. Prior to general contracting, Ray was a geologist for the USGS and a rehabilitation engineer for Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital in Denver. Ray earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of North Carolina.
